EasyDrill TCT Weldon Shank Annular Cutters – 50mm Cutting Depth
EasyDrill TCT Weldon shank annular cutters are designed for efficient hole production using compatible magnetic drilling machines. This series combines carbide-tipped cutting edges, a 19.05mm (3/4 in) Weldon shank and a 50mm cutting depth. It is suitable for general steel fabrication and workshop holemaking applications.
Available cutting diameters range from Ø11mm to Ø65mm. Select the required diameter from the individual products listed above.

Cutting Diameter and Cutting Depth
The cutting diameter determines the nominal finished hole size. The 50mm cutting depth, also referred to as depth of cut or DOC, indicates the maximum nominal depth the cutter is designed to pass through under suitable operating conditions.
Cutting diameter and cutting depth are different specifications. For example, a Ø24mm × 50mm cutter produces a nominal 24mm diameter hole and has a 50mm cutting depth.
Weldon Shank Connection
This series uses a 19.05mm (3/4 in) Weldon shank. Before ordering, confirm that the spindle or annular cutter holder on your magnetic drilling machine accepts this shank configuration.
Shank diameter alone does not guarantee compatibility. The machine’s cutter-retention arrangement, pilot-pin system, available travel and manufacturer requirements should also be checked.
Recommended Cutting Conditions
These cutters are designed for wet cutting. Use suitable cutting fluid to support cutting-edge life, chip evacuation and consistent cutting performance.
- Secure the magnetic drill and workpiece before starting.
- Use the correct pilot pin for the selected cutter diameter and 50mm cutting depth.
- Apply suitable cutting fluid throughout the cutting operation.
- Select an appropriate spindle speed and feed for the cutter diameter and workpiece material.
- Do not force the cutter or allow chips to accumulate in the cutting path.
- Allow the slug to eject safely after the hole is completed.
Check Before Ordering
Please confirm the following before selecting a cutter:
- Required finished hole diameter
- Actual workpiece thickness
- Workpiece material
- Required cutting depth
- Magnetic drill make and model
- Machine spindle or cutter-holder connection
- Correct pilot-pin diameter and length
- Sufficient machine travel for the cutter, pilot pin and workpiece
Need Help Selecting the Correct Annular Cutter?
Send MachineryPLUS your magnetic drill make and model, required hole diameter, workpiece material and plate thickness. A clear photo of the machine spindle, cutter holder or existing cutter may also help us identify a suitable option.
Important: Always confirm machine compatibility and operating requirements before use. Product specifications, stock availability and lead times may change without notice.
