MT5 CNC High Speed Live Centre (Carbide Tipped) – Transitional Type

Overview

Transitional type live centre is fitted with needle, thrust and ball bearings suitable for high speed with heavy loads.
The 40-degree point angle is transited into 60-degree at second taper.
The body is made from alloy steel. The point is made from bearing steel. The point is tipped with carbide to provide high wearability, high accuracy and high stability.

• Excellent accuracy still can be achieved @ 1200rpm with 50kg workpiece
• Precision ground and hardened to HRC95±2 for carbide tipped point
